Job Overview

We are hiring motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist individuals and families who have requested information about benefit programs, guiding them through available options via virtual meetings and online tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with individuals who have requested additional information

  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and online presentations

  • Clearly explain program options using video conferencing platforms

  • Assist with digital applications and required documentation

  • Accurately enter and maintain records in internal systems

  • Follow quality assurance and compliance standards

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or call centers is beneficial but not required
