Core Responsibilities
- Connect with members through inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule and lead virtual appointments to review benefit options
- Present program details clearly and professionally through online meetings
- Assist members with straightforward enrollment and application steps
- Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions
- Follow up to ensure a smooth, positive member experience
- Participate in ongoing coaching, skills training, and leadership development

Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
