Position Overview

This role goes beyond administration—it’s about building trust, simplifying complex information, and delivering an experience that clients value long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Review and explain benefit options, coverage updates, and claims processes
Present information in a clear, confident, and easy-to-follow manner
Work closely with leadership to enhance the client journey
Serve as a reliable point of contact for service-related inquiries
Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable using virtual platforms and digital systems
Self-motivated with strong organizational habits
Background in customer service or insurance is an asset, but not mandatory
Authorized to work in the United States or Canada
