IT Support Analyst

Yor tasks:

• 2nd level IT Support for End Users including support on corporate business tools such as O365 in German and English
• User Account administration (Active Directory)
• Asset and license management
• Research on technical topics to support user and resolve tickets, incidents and problems
• Purchase local IT hardware such as: computers, printers, occasionally infrastructure as part of a project with direction from central IT
• Support in the setup, configuration & maintenance of local IT hardware (OS Installation, hardware & firmware upgrades)
• Remote support of Mac Devices (Jamf), Windows Devices (inTune)
• Organize and deliver startup courses for new employees
• Organize the disposal of local IT hardware for our sites
• Liaise with Application Owners and Administrators based in Sonova Sites to support them with the onboarding of approved on prem applications and addressing vulnerabilities

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, ITIL qualification or related experience
• Minimum 3 years + of work experience in similar capacity
• IT skills: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows (recent versions), Active Directory Administration, Windows Server Administration, Patching Windows Servers
• Confidence to carry out software upgrades on local applications working remotely and as instructed by vendors and internal application owners
• Understand Application Lifecycle Mgmt
• Language skills: strong English written and verbal, German - minimum B2 level
