The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about driving collaboration and results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsabilites
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear communication across all parties.
Identify risks and dependencies, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress, report on key metrics, and manage resources and budgets efficiently.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) when applicable.
Ensure project documentation, processes, and standards are maintained.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech or digital industry.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
