Head of Innovation

We are looking for a visionary Head of AI & Strategic Innovation to lead our transition into an AI-First Software Factory. In this role, you will not only be an expert in the latest Generative AI stack but also a strategic architect of how we work, how we sell, and how we deliver value.

This is not a "research-only" position; you will be the driving force behind our AI Department. You will be responsible for evolving our software development lifecycle—moving from manual coding to Spec-Driven Development—and for optimizing every internal area (from Sales to HR) through intelligent automation. You will work directly with the C-suite and Tech Leads to ensure our offering remains at the absolute forefront of the industry, transforming AI complexity into competitive advantages for our clients.

Requirements

Must have:

• 8+ years of experience in the Software Industry: With a proven track record of moving from senior technical roles (Architect/Lead) to strategic or product-oriented positions.

• Generative AI & LLM Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with OpenAI (GPT-4o/o1/o3), Anthropic (Claude 3.7/Sonnet), and DeepSeek. You must understand the trade-offs between model reasoning, latency, and costs.

• Next-Gen DevEx: Proficiency in AI-native development environments (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) and the ability to implement Spec-Driven Development frameworks across the organization.

• Agentic Workflows & RAG: Proven experience designing and deploying autonomous agents and Advanced RAG architectures. Mastery of orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI with internal tools.

• Operational Automation: Advanced knowledge of n8n, Make, or similar tools to automate complex cross-departmental business processes (Sales, HR, Finance).

• Strategic Presales: Ability to translate "AI hype" into concrete business cases, accompanying the Sales team to close high-value projects by demonstrating superior TTM (Time-to-Market) and innovation.

• Continuous Learning: A documented "Early Adopter" mindset—staying 24 hours ahead of every major AI release and understanding its impact on the software factory model.

• English C1/C2: Full professional fluency to negotiate with global partners and interpret the latest research papers and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Python/TypeScript Expertise: Strong coding skills to build quick PoCs (Proof of Concepts) or custom integrations.

• Vector Databases & Observability: Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus, and monitoring AI performance with tools like LangSmith or Arize Phoenix.

• Product Mindset: Experience in Product Management, specifically in defining GenUI (Generative User Interfaces) that adapt to user intent.

• Leadership & Evangelism: Experience speaking at tech events or writing technical thought-leadership content to position the agency as an AI leader.
