Responsibilities
- Gather and organize legal documents
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Prepare and manage case files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Attend client meetings as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- 1 year of experience as a paralegal assistant or relevant
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with confidential documents
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong research skills.
