Position: Fleet Manager

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST US Time

Holidays: US Holidays

Salary Range: 2000-2200 USD monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager to oversee our client's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of fleet management principles.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Fleet Operations Management:
• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, repair, and replacement of fleet vehicles.
• Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Budget and Cost Management:
• Prepare and manage the fleet budget.
• Analyze and optimize fleet costs, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.

• Logistics and Scheduling:
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle usage to maximize efficiency.
• Manage and monitor vehicle tracking systems to ensure optimal route planning.
• Resolve any issues related to vehicle breakdowns or accidents promptly.

• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and provide leadership to the fleet maintenance and operations team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

• Must have 3 years of direct experience.
