Position : Import Coordinator

Working Hours : Monday - Friday; 9AM -5Pm EST

Salary: USD 800 - USD 2,000/month

About:

This role will manage the day-to-day flow of packing lists and container reconciliations, assisting the import department in

meeting production needs. This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of handling large volumes of data accurately in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Upload all packing lists into our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compare the Weekly Bookings Report with received documentation to verify all shipping documents are entered into our ERP system.
• Retrieve open POs from the vendor portal and distribute them to factories weekly.
• Identify and rectify errors on packing lists, communicating with overseas factories as needed.
• Reconcile purchase orders and containers with the warehouse as needed.
• Save all documents in Document Manager.
• Prepare and process One of a Kind (OAK) sample tags for new designs in the sample showroom.
• Create and submit tasks in Asana for all back labels and POP for all POE/FOB

orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Familiarity with shipment documents.
• Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to manipulate files to meet portal upload specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
