Position: Project Manager

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST US Time

Salary Range: 1500-1700 USD monthly

Job Description:

• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients and core teams to discuss project status, updates, and any upcoming tasks or challenges.

• Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and individual skills, ensuring a balanced workload and timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, tracking task completion, milestones, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Address any issues or roadblocks that arise during project execution, working with the relevant teams to find solutions and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels within the project team, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing to optimize productivity.
• Provide guidance, support, and strategic direction to core teams, team members, and clients to achieve overall success about our Amazon Agency services.

Requirements

• Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years of related experience.

• Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central platform.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
• Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language.
• Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
• Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and quiet area for client and team meetings.
• E-commerce experience (Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites
• Have worked in a company whose customers are brands and sellers on Amazon.
