Position: E-commerce Bookkeeper
Work Hours: M-F, flexible 8 working hours with a meeting once a week with the client 1 hour, EST time zone
Pay Range: $ 1,200 - $2,000 per month

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced E-commerce Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce bookkeeping, with specific experience managing financials for Amazon or other online retail businesses. This role requires proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets, and the ability to manage the financial operations of a holding company with multiple entities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and balance the general ledger, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis
- Responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of monthly financial results to management
- Perform daily banking activities, including reconciling bank statements and recording deposits and payments.
- Manage and process payroll for the organization..
Requirements
- 3+ years of specific E-commerce company experience as their bookkeeper
- Worked with an Amazon or e-commerce company as a Bookkeeper
- Tools: Xero Experience (accounting platform), Excel, Google Sheets
- Experience working with a holding company who owns multiple entities (yes); well versed working with different brands and how it rolls ups with top entities
