Position: Content Writer

Work Hours: M-F, 8:30-5:30 pm or 9am-6pm

Timezone: EST

Pay Range: USD 900 - 1,500 per month

Company/Client Overview : a multi-platform media company offering advertising and digital marketing solutions to businesses of all sizes

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft texts that are original, engaging, and well-researched.
• Adhere to stipulated editorial guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all content.
• Tailor writing style to meet the needs and preferences of our diverse target audience segments.
• Proofread assignments thoroughly to ensure accuracy and correctness before submission.
• Submit completed assignments in the requisite document format and within designated timelines.
• Pitch new content ideas that align with and contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, communication studies, journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven writing and research experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in order to produce compelling content.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze information and develop insightful content.
• Good to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in email communication, Office 365 applications, and Google Workspace.
