Pay Range :$900 to $1,500 (Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

We are an international real estate investment business operating in both the USA and UK. We specialize in selling properties across the globe and handle a significant volume of inbound leads daily. Our team is comprised of 8 sales professionals and 8 marketing professionals working collaboratively to drive our success. This position will be a first for the team, focused fully on nurturing leads and setting appointments
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Lead Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up on inbound real estate leads and set up appointments for our sales team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our leads are efficiently qualified and transferred to our sales representatives
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential buyers of real estate leads via phone and email.
- Make outbound calls to leads expressing interest in our properties and set up appointments with our sales team.
- Manage and update leads in our CRM system, Pipedrive, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle both fresh and older leads from our extensive database, ensuring timely follow-up and appointment setting.
- Communicate effectively with leads, providing information and answering any preliminary questions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and optimize the lead qualification process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficient in using CRM software, specifically Pipedrive.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be extremely detail oriented.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to lead management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with international real estate leads.
- Familiarity with the real estate markets in the USA and UK.
