The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Driving portfolio health and business performance by managing sales, revenue, margins, pricing, lifecycle activities, and supply‑demand dynamics, and delivering against financial and business goals.
Leading regional marketing execution and new product launches in partnership with global and cross‑functional teams, including demand generation, ROI tracking, launch planning, budget planning and alignment to portfolio and customer needs.
Enabling sales success and channel engagement through development of product marketing tools, sales aids, training content, and ongoing collaboration with field sales, strategic account managers, and channel partners.
Managing pricing strategy and portfolio governance by owning regional price corridor recommendations, supporting GPO bids, guiding SKU and product data management, and ensuring competitive positioning and brand consistency.
Identifying and executing growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to deliver segment‑specific solutions that expand market share and account penetration.
As a Skin Care & Compression Segment Marketer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
How you will make an impact
Perform portfolio health oversight for the Skin Care & Compression business
Execute regional marketing strategies and new product launches
Support the field sales organization and channel partners
Coordinate cross‑functional activities to aligned regional and business priorities
Prepare and deliver business inputs to inform strategy, investment decisions, and lifecycle planning.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of sales, marketing, or business management in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High school/ GED AND nine (9) years of sales, marketing, or business management in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
MBA degree or higher from an accredited university
Possess excellent level of knowledge of the wound care market, particularly in compression and skin care in the acute and post-acute care settings
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Demonstrated experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions
Work location: Remote- Canada
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international travel
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The expected compensation range for this position is $139,191 - $172,731 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
