As a Senior Software Business Analyst,you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Software Engineers to define scope and associated effort of proposed features.
- Eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and tracking business requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitating cross-functional solutioning sessions.
- Translating business requirements into user stories ensuring clarity, accuracy, and testability.
- Facilitating user story grooming sessions with UX Designers, Developers and QA Analysts to refine articulation of acceptance criteria and technical requirements.
- Leading cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between business goals, user experience, and technical implementation.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure mutual understanding and successful delivery of features.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, while working to mitigate them.
- Participating in continuously evaluating and improving internal processes and methods.
- Developing a deep understanding of the application components and become a subject matter expert on the features and workflows.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one,Solventumrequires(at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND Ten (10) or more years of experience as a Software Business Analyst.
OR
- Highschool/ GED AND fourteen (14) or more years of experience as a Software Business Analyst.
Additional qualifications that would help you succeed in this role include:
- Proven experience in developing software for the Orthodontic and/or Dental industries.
- Proven ability to deliver in large-scale, complex environments involving multiple stakeholders, multi-scrum teams, and multi-platform features requiring coordinated releases.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated collaboration with UX designers in creating and enhancing customer journeys through workflow definition.
- Proven subject matter expertise on Gherkin requirements and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative desiring to be a member of a High Performing Team in a complex working environment.
- Very strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working in a hybrid Agile-like methodology requiring coordinated releases
- Experience or skills in Project Management
- Experience in Healthcare or other regulated industry.
- Experience in Azure DevOps (Boards).
