The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As we are growing in the Region, we are looking for a Medical Manager to join our Medical Devices team in Turkey. As a Medical Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of
the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This role will report to the Country Business Leader and will make an impact by:
- Driving indirect sales team to detail Solventum solutions to Health Care Professionals with passion
• Developing a medical promotion plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
• In close collaboration with Bid Office
- Analyzing Market and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the medical plan
• Driving utilization of the company product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective
• Developing and managing a favorable relationship with key decision makers (from physicians to top-management to nurses)
• Supporting product testing and demo
• Participating in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc)
• Planning, leading & execution of hospital presentations to HCP’s (at least 1 organization a day)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences or Clinical is preferred)
• Previous medical affairs, marketing experience, at least 2 years, in medical device market
• Good negotiation skills
- Good presentation and networking skills
• Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English knowledge
• Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory
• Microsoft Office proficient,
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
Territory & Portfolio
Your assigned region is Turkey and Eastern Europe.
The portfolio you will promote is mainly Wound Care, Normothermia, Sterilization, Vascular Access, Perioperative, Patient Preparation solutions.
Work location:
• Remote (ideal Candidate is based in Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir)
Travel: May include up to 70% domestic & international
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
