[MSO] Delivery Manager – Private Cloud

Project - the aim you'll have

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be dedicated to one of our key clients, a major provider of Private Cloud services. You’ll be responsible for leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of both projects and managed services. At the same time, you’ll play a crucial role in developing the business relationship with clients by identifying growth opportunities and expanding our service scope in areas such as networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows), automation, cloud native solutions, and observability.

Position - how you'll contribute

• Leading and developing the delivery team working for the client in the Private Cloud domain
• Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client stakeholders
• Overseeing delivery of projects and managed services, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellence
• Identifying and driving business development opportunities within the client organization (upscaling scope and capabilities)
• Monitoring project scope, profitability, and margin contribution
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned teams
• Formal handling of contracts, clauses, and service agreements forming the basis of cooperation with the client

Expectations - the experience you need

• 5+ years of experience in delivery or service management roles in cloud or IT infrastructure
• Proven track record in managing teams and developing business within client accounts
• Commercial experience in managing profitability, scope, and performance in multinational setups
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and Managed Services operations
• Business and technical understanding of Private Cloud, networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services, automation, cloud native solutions, and observability
• Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken

Additional skills – the edge you have

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
• Knowledge of ITOM as a secondary or “nice-to-have” skill.
