[BZA] Senior Salesforce Engineer

Project – the aim you’ll have

Our client is a leading e-commerce company specialized in fashion, shoes, accessories, beauty – i.e. retail / online fashion platform.

You will be part of a large-scale, multi-year Salesforce transformation program, designed to enhance customer experience, streamline service operations, and support high-volume business processes across European markets. The project focuses on building an integrated, scalable Salesforce ecosystem that connects Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud with Our Client internal platforms—including order management, logistics, payments, partner operations, and customer support tools.

The program involves designing and implementing robust end-to-end solutions capable of supporting millions of customer interactions, high data throughput, and complex operational workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, data architects, and business stakeholders to deliver platform components that meet Client’s standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.

As part of the engineering team, you will help shape the technical architecture, drive best practices for large data volumes and system integration, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer-facing and partner-facing systems. The project offers significant technical depth, high autonomy, and the opportunity to influence Salesforce strategy at scale within one of Europe’s leading e-commerce platforms

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across multiple interconnected systems.
• Architect and build advanced customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Platform, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design Framework.
• Develop and optimize features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, leveraging deep hands-on expertise with platform tools and APIs.
• Apply strong understanding of data sharing models, visibility rules, and large data volume best practices to create scalable, secure, and performant architectures.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to translate business needs into robust solutions while promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and guide teams in applying modern development patterns.
• Identify architectural risks, edge cases, and performance considerations, proactively proposing improvements and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate high initiative and continuous motivation to deepen technical expertise, explore new platform capabilities, and drive innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Demonstrated expertise in using Salesforce, including prior experience implementing large-scale solutions with multiple interconnected systems
• 7+ years of extensive experience on Apex design concepts, Lightning Platform, HTML/CSS/Javascript, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud, with fluency in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Design Framework Web Services.
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders and share knowledge
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture, which needs to support large data volume limitations and follow best practices
• High initiative and intrinsic motivation for the further development of your own understanding of technical solutions
