Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing software-related projects to drive project execution, coordination, and client management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, clear communication, and alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.

While deep engineering expertise is not required, you should be comfortable working with software engineering teams to maintain project clarity, realistic timelines, and structured collaboration.

What you’ll do:

Project Coordination & Delivery:

• Define scope, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with solutions engineering and technical experts.

• Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely milestone completion.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Serve as the primary link between engineering teams and external clients.

• Set realistic expectations and ensure clients understand technical constraints and trade-offs.

• Facilitate scope adjustments and communicate changes effectively.

Process & Risk Management:

• Implement structured project tracking using Jira or similar tools.

• Proactively address potential challenges and blockers to keep projects on track.

Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

• Work closely with engineers, technical leads, and customers to ensure projects align with technical requirements and feasibility.

• Help streamline project reporting and provide support in resolving challenges as they arise.

Key Requirements:

Project Management Experience:

• 4 + years of experience managing software related projects.

• Comfortable overseeing technically complex projects, such as back-end system development.

• Experience leading multicultural teams.

• ○ Familiarity with various project management methodologies and approaches.

Soft Skills & Communication:

• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities, particularly in dynamic and iterative development environments.

• Skilled at facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Effective at documentation, reporting, and client communication.

• Good level of English, both written and spoken (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

• Previous experience in back-end development as PO, PM, QA, or developer.

• Some exposure to pre-sales activities (RFQs, RFPs, client requirement gathering).
