Regional Alliances Manager - EMEA (DACH Region)
Location: remote in Southern Germany
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and analytical partner development professional to continue the momentum of building out the Snyk Channel and Regional SI programmes in the region.
Your role
Working within the EMEA Alliances team, you will help build partners' brand internally and promote Snyk and our capabilities to partners in the DACH region externally.
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with a mix of Channel Partners and System Integrators across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will be expected to seek and realise synergies between the different alliance areas (for example, Cloud and ISV alliances) for Snyk's sales force and customers in the region.
Amongst other things, you'll spend your time:
- Developing channel and SI partners as part of the programme, and driving cloud co-sell activities and relationships in the region
- Structuring and defining plans with Partners in accordance with the relevant program - to include KPIs, training/certification and marketing plans
- Executing with partners in collaboration with our sales teams to influence and fulfill deals and build Partner-sourced pipeline, ultimately resulting in revenue
- Working with key partners to help develop their services portfolio to include Snyk solutions

You should join us if:
- You are a fluent in German and English, both written and verbally.
- You have an understanding of partner services models, and how they can further enable Snyk's growth with partners.
- You have 7+ years of experience of working with Channel Partners, SIs and Distributors, and can bring knowledge around how, as a startup, we can best execute in these areas.
- You have an excellent understanding of Cloud Co-Sell and Cloud Marketplaces, and relevant industry trends.
- You have a background in software security, open source, DevOps, cloud or dev tooling space.
- You are process-oriented and analytical.
- You build meaningful relationships and love to find mutually beneficial opportunities.
- You are open, honest, outcome-driven and take an entrepreneurial approach.

we want to use our team’s expertise to continue educating and enabling developers to take responsibility for secure development, and to adopt great security practices without slowing down.
we need to get our product to the people who need it, and work closely with our users to learn what they need and how we can better support them.
we’d love to provide first class security tools across the full end-to-end software development life cycle and seamlessly fit into every developer’s workflow
