Overview:
Snapscale is seeking a highly organized Property Management Specialist to work in a remote setup, supporting property operations, tenant relations, and financial management for U.S.-based properties. The ideal candidate will handle tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, oversee lease compliance, and ensure accurate financial and property records while maintaining compliance with U.S. regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with tenants and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs remotely
- Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance with agreements
- Handle financial tasks including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for property transactions, including entering bills for payment
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain organized financial documentation
- Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants
- Ensure compliance with U.S. real estate laws and regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services remotely

Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills for handling tenant inquiries and maintenance schedules in a remote setting
- Experience in financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Knowledge of marketing strategies for tenant acquisition
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate regulations and compliance standards
- Experience managing vendor relationships and payroll for maintenance teams remotely
