Philippines onlyRemoteVA PH is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Property Manager to work with our existing client. The ideal candidate will excel at obtaining, organizing, and maintaining accurate property information and documentation. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) is essential.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records
- Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs
- Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
- Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
- Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Can start right away and is confortable working with a time tracker.
