The salary for this role is $125,000 with an OTE of $200,000.

Responsibilities:

    1. Manage Sales Reps and ensure they hit sales quotas and other KPI’s
    2. Ensure all processes are followed including the use of discovery and proposal decks
    3. Train all sales people, ensuring they are doing daily role playing
    4. Shadow calls and watch tape of calls to provide additional training
    5. Do review calls for all non-closed deals of qualified prospects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a sales manager with proven and documented success
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound sales teams is strongly preferred
  • Experience building out sales processes (experience with HubSpot a plus)
  • Must have managed a sales team of at least 6+ sales closers
  • Must be an Active Learner (will be questioned on what they do to improve/learn)
  • Must have experience selling intangible services (sold the invisible)
  • Experience in B2B - small business services (must have sold and managed teams that sold these)
  • Services sold must be recurring revenue on 12 month contracts
  • Digital Marketing and/or Coaching sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have experience in all of the above in an outbound environment

Marketing Services: We offer a full suite of marketing services to our clients, including PPC, SEO, Website Design, Video, and Social Media management. Our goal is to scale our services business to over $15M in revenue in 2023.

Coaching Services: We have a rapidly-growing, Philadelphia-based coaching program for lawyers. In our first year, we built our coaching business into a multi-seven-figure business. Our program has been identified as the most comprehensive coaching program for attorneys, and we plan to double the size of our clients in the next year.
