The salary for this role is $55,000-$60,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning all communication with clients as it relates to our coaching group calls and department updates.
- Help facilitate group calls and handle anything tech related for group calls (calendar invites, scheduling, zoom, etc.)
- Managing Coaching emails and calendars.
- Facilitate client onboarding tasks.
- Data configuration and reporting.
- Client re-engagement tasks.
- Responsible for our coaching portal as well as our business management software.
- Help book, coordinate and plan our Quarterly Business Workshops.
- Assist our Coaching Executive and team members with anything needed for the department.
- Liaison between other departments.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an Operations role
- Highly organized and great attention to detail.
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience being responsible for multiple communications for a client base of at least 500.
- Ability to function at a fast pace and be tech savvy.
- Ability to multitask and juggle many projects at once while keeping a calm demeanor.
- Adaptable and able to work cross functionally with other departments.
- Must have supported multiple leaders and experience working cross functionally.
- Experience with Kajabi is a plus.
