Job Summary:

SmartCowd.ae is seeking a talented Junior Arabic Copywriter to join our team. This role will focus on creating Arabic copy for social media posts, ads, and other marketing creatives, as well as translating English content for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both the marketing and product teams to ensure our communications are engaging and culturally relevant for our Arabic-speaking audience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging and compelling Arabic copy for social media posts, advertisements, and various marketing creatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content strategies.
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring all copy aligns with the brand's tone and style.
• Translation and Localization:
• Translate English content to Arabic, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and maintaining the original message's intent.
• Work with the product team to translate and localize features, user interfaces, and notifications in our web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with both the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality copy on time.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving our Arabic content strategy.
• Quality Assurance:
• Proofread and edit Arabic content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct regular reviews of Arabic copy across all platforms and suggest improvements.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Language Skills:
• Native proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong translation skills.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in copywriting, preferably in a marketing or digital content environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in the Arabic-speaking market.
• Skills:
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
