As a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant, you will support Phase X deployments for clients already live on Workday. You will work with project teams to assist with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across the Talent lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support client workshops to gather and document business requirements for Phase X deployments
- Assist with configuring Workday functionality under the guidance of senior consultants
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Learn and apply Workday leading practices across Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning
- Help document solutions, configurations, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery
- Participate in training and internal initiatives to build Workday and consulting skills
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of Workday HCM experience, including implementation or Phase X support
- Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning preferred
- Familiarity with Workday configuration and implementation concepts
- Interest in Talent, Recruiting, or Learning processes
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
