SIXT is looking for a Customer Excitement Ambassador to act as the face of the SIXT brand while promoting the company and showcasing our premium vehicles. We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven, knowledgeable person to join our team!

What you will do:

Attract customers and promote walk-up business

• Team-selling with Rental Agents by showcasing top vehicles
• Serves as lobby host to customers by offering refreshments while qualifying customers in line
• Engaging with the customers between rental and key handout
• Overseeing customer education on EV offerings
• Ownership of EV customer experience throughout rental
• Provide training for all Customer Service Agents on EV vehicles, troubleshooting, education for our customers

Qualifications

About you:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in automotive industry/car rental
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Electric vehicle subject matter expert

• Knowledge of Sixt vehicles and add-on products inside and out so that they can answer questions
• In-car systems competence on BMW/Tesla
• Aptitude to create and conduct peer-to-peer training on EV/newest vehicles
• Develop team strategies to increase our Google score
• Natural ability to attract customers and promote walk-up business
• Provide positive interpersonal skills towards customers at all times while demonstrating loyalty, given through their premium customer service
• Must be willing to wear company uniforms
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
