Are you a seasoned backend engineer with deep Ruby-on-Rails expertise? Were looking for a Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer to join a fast-growing, ambitious AI-centric tech team building world-class products used by millions globally. This is a hands-on engineering role with plenty of technical ownership, collaboration across product and engineering functions, and an opportunity to shape the backend architecture of core products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with product and engineering peers to refine project specs, break down tasks, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain core backend systems using Ruby-on-Rails.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that supports a high-traffic product.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Contribute ideas and technical leadership on backend architecture and best practices.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer, with recent Ruby-on-Rails experience.
• Proven ability working in fast-paced, agile environments and delivering production-grade backend solutions.
• Strong understanding of backend engineering principles and web application architecture.
• Excellent communicator with strong English fluency.
• Ownership mindset — you care about the code you ship and the impact it has.

Bonus points:

• Interest or experience in AI, data science, or distributed teams.
