Founded in 2013 by Brian Marshal, Leontius Adhika Pradhana, and Andreas Thamrin, SIRCLO embarked on a mission to become the leading e-commerce enabler for Indonesian local businesses. The company's first offering was a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform called SIRCLO Store, designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with template-based websites to easily establish their online presence and facilitate online transactions. This marked a significant step in SIRCLO's journey to provide comprehensive e-commerce solutions. The company continued to innovate, and in early 2020, introduced SIRCLO Chat, a product leveraging the WhatsApp Business API to facilitate transactions within chat rooms and provide automated responses tailored to consumer preferences. Later that year, SIRCLO Chat evolved into Chat Commerce. SIRCLO's growth has been further fueled by strategic acquisitions and mergers. In 2020, SIRCLO merged with ICUBE, a Magento Premier Solutions Partner, to combine their strengths and help more businesses with digital transformation. In 2021, SIRCLO acquired Orami, the largest parenting platform in Indonesia, to strengthen its omnichannel services and expand its consumer reach, particularly in the mom and baby category. This was followed by the acquisition of Warung Pintar in 2022, further enhancing its capabilities to offer comprehensive online and offline commerce solutions. Today, SIRCLO stands as a leading omnichannel commerce enabler in Indonesia, serving over 100,000 brands, from SMEs to multinational corporations, and reaching millions of consumers across Indonesia. The company boasts a team of over 1,000 employees with offices and warehouses in major Indonesian cities, including Tangerang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya.
