Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs or portfolios
- Prior experience working with Department of State IT systems, networks, or modernization efforts
- Strong knowledge of federal IT standards, FISMA, NIST frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed technical teams in a high-visibility federal environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- PMP Certification
- Active Secret clearance required
