We're seeking a Manager, CIP Programs to lead portfolio planning and execution across CIP initiatives, manage and develop a team, and drive community maturity and volunteer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in program management, community enablement, operations, or a related field
- Experience leading or managing teams
- Experience working cross‐functionally with product, technology, marketing, finance, or similar partner teams in a matrix organization
- Experience supporting community programs, volunteer engagement, or enablement initiatives
- Strong program and portfolio management skills
- Proven people leadership and performance management experience
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Strong cross‐functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvement
- Excellent communication skills
