The Work
Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public andprivate-sectorclients. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for a government contract, ensuring delivery of programobjectives, compliance with federal requirements, and alignment with agency mission goals. This roleis responsible formanaging scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, and performance while serving as the primary point of contact between the government client and the contractor’s leadership team.
Job Location: Remote, however, strong preference for candidates who live in the Washington DC Metro Area. There will be occasional onsite meetings on the client site in Washington, DC.

What You Will Do:
Lead program planning, execution, and deliveryin accordance withgovernment contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards.
Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Develop andmaintainproject roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensuretimelydelivery of contract deliverables.
Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.
Identifyand mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that mayimpactprogram success.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leaders, and contract staff.
Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.
What You Will BringWithYou:
Must have an activeTop Secretclearance or higher
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
10+ yrs managing complex IT software development programs within a federal space
5+ yrs managing concurrent Agile initiatives
Active Certified PMP or PMI-ACP
Familiarity with Department of State programs is highly preferred

Master’s degreein Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proficiencyin project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Experience with federal budgeting and procurement processes.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
