As a Purchase to Pay Intern at Signify, you'll be responsible for invoice receipt, verification, and archiving, as well as resolving queries and working closely with the PTP Specialist. You'll also serve as a single point of contact for business users.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable process
- Commerce Graduate with experience in Invoice handling
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as vendor invoices, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Awareness & Knowledge on Basic Financial Accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality is a must
- Strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively
