This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Sales Specialist - Industry at Rajkot with Signify.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Project B2B sales execution for Industry Segment.
  • Scout new project opportunities and sales prospects
  • Maintain close customer contact through frequent and productive sales visits.
  • Add project funnel & update visits on SFA tool regularly

• Manage customer's offer performance

  • Deliver assigned Sales & financial targets
  • During customer visits ensure stock availability, collect orders, manage product range and mix, sell-in, demand creation activity.
  • Own projects for assigned territory (S&S and Professional)
  • Closely collaborate with relevant stake holders like End-users, electrical

contractors, specifiers and cross-functional Signify Team.

Qualification and experience

  • 3+years of proven track record in B2B Project consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry with B.E/B.Tech.
  • Lighting knowledge & understands lighting terminologies.
  • 3+ years of strong history of target achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts
  • Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks.
  • Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to win the seat at the right customer table
  • Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships
  • Interpersonal skills including leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Financial acumen and commercial savviness
