- Work closely with customer requirements, lead and manage existing projects, and be ready to start new ones
- Facilitate Agile routines, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coordinate the development team and balance their load
- Perform overall project planning based on the predefined charter; define, estimate, and schedule project work to achieve the scope
- Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects on-time and within allocated budget
- Manage project risks and quality
- Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
- At least 3 years of project management experience in IT field
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall)
- Experience in people management practices, including coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building
- Experience working with requirements and risk management
- Ability and experience managing fixed price/cost as well as T&M projects
- Experience composing documents (requirements, specifications, estimations, etc.)
- An Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

The project is a B2B portal where companies can order auditing services and related processes. It helps businesses apply for government grants and become more competitive in the market.
Team composition: 8 Developers, 2 QA Engineers, 2 Business Analysts, 1 Designer, and 1 Architect. The entire team is from Sigma Software.
