👉 Required Background & Competencies:

- 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager;
- Proven track record in outsourcing companies;
- Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 10+ people);
- Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets;
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Superior project and team management skills;
- Strong communication and relationship management skills;

- Budget management experience;

- Strong Risk management skills;

• Experience in hiring and onboarding people;
  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
  - Upper-intermediate+ level of English.
  
  🎯 KPIs that PM will be tracked:
• Net Promoter Score;
  - Employee Satisfaction rate;
  - Turnover rate;
  - Revenue and Cost forecast;
  - GPM.

Requirements

• Being fully responsible for delivering quality and service level measurement, the financial performance of 1-2 projects;
  - Manage the scope, timelines, and budget of the project;

- Manage stakeholders' expectations;

- Manage changes;

• Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities;
  - Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders;
  - Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules;
  - Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed;
  - Consistently deliver high-quality customer service;
  - Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;
  - Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
  - Coach teams in self-organisation and cross-functionality;
  - Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads;
  - Team staffing, hiring, and attrition control.
