Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development: Creating, designing, and developing software applications, systems, websites, or other technology solutions to meet specific business needs.
  2. Coding and Programming: Writing, testing, and debugging code in various programming languages to ensure efficient and functional software.
  3. System Maintenance: Regularly maintaining and updating existing systems, software, and applications to ensure they remain secure, up-to-date, and optimized.
  4. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and glitches that may arise in software, hardware, or systems.
  5. Technical Documentation: Creating comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, user guides, and manuals to aid in system understanding and usage.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop and implement technology solutions.
  7. Research and Innovation: Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute to ongoing innovation and improvement.
  8. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous testing, quality checks, and performance assessments to ensure that software and systems meet predefined standards.
  9. Security Implementation: Integrating security measures and protocols to safeguard data, systems, and applications against potential threats.
  10. Data Management: Managing, analyzing, and manipulating data to derive insights, support decision-making, and improve overall business processes.
  11. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues faced by end-users, offering effective and timely solutions.
  12. Training and Support: Providing training to end-users on how to operate new systems, software, or applications and offering ongoing technical support.
  13. Project Management: Taking ownership of technology-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
  14. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall technology performance.
  15. Adaptation to Change: Adapting to evolving technologies and methodologies, and swiftly embracing changes to deliver better results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
