Requirements

• Higher education – law degree preferred
• Very good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act and tender procedures
• At least 5 years of experience in public procurement
• Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to analyze tender documentation and prepare offers
• Very good organization and attention to detail in fulfilling assigned tasks
• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
