Project and Change Lead (Finance Transformation)

We are looking for a Project and Change Lead to support the execution of a large-scale Finance transformation program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on project delivery and practical change management skills, with experience in project management, transformation, or change management. The role will involve coordinating multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment and connectivity across projects and workstreams, and driving adoption and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
• ~5 years of experience in project management, transformation, or change management
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations preferred
• Exposure to finance transformation or operational change programs is a strong advantage
