The Change Management Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition for end-users across multiple regions and business units.
- Develop and execute a global change management strategy and plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify change management needs
- Design and deliver training programs, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Develop and implement change management metrics and monitoring plans
- Identify and mitigate change risks, issues, and resistance
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management is integrated into project plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users
- Provide coaching and support to stakeholders and end-users during the transition
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
- Experience with ERP implementations and technical change management
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Experience with training development and delivery
