QA Automation Engineer

ServiceTitan is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our Web Team. The Web Team is responsible for our three flagship marketing websites -- www.servicetitan.com, www.youraspire.com and www.fieldroutes.com. Our websites are critical to the user journey, making this an extremely valuable and critical role within our overall pipeline generation program. As a QA Automation Engineer at ServiceTitan, you’ll work alongside a QA Automation Engineer and a team of Web Developers, UX Designers and Marketers on the end-to-end development and optimization of our three marketing websites. You’ll develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure the quality and stability of our marketing websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality web experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for our marketing website using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test cases and scenarios.
• Execute automated and manual tests for mobile and desktop devices on Chrome and Safari browsers, and analyze their results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated testing processes.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile development activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and incorporate best practices into our testing strategy.
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and provide input on testing methodologies and tools.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in QA automation testing for web applications or websites, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Strong programming skills in Javascript or Typescript are required; exposure to any other languages, such as Python or Java, are a plus.
• Hands-on experience or a strong knowledge of Cypress is required, experience with other automated testing tools and frameworks, including Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer, are a plus.
