ServiceTitan is seeking a Director, Go-to-Market Monetization & Commercialization to lead monetization execution, commercial readiness, and continuous improvement across the GTM organization.

Reporting to the Vice President of Pricing and Packaging, this individual contributor serves as the central point of engagement with the Go-to-Market organization and the feedback bridge to Product and General Managers. The Director connects portfolio and product monetization with field execution—driving list-to-net price realization, deal quality and velocity, and commercial ease of doing business. The role will also lead testing of new pricing and packaging constructs and translate learnings into measurable commercial success.

What you'll do:

Monetization & GTM Alignment

  • Partner with the VP of Pricing and Packaging, GMs, and GTM leaders to align monetization and commercialization efforts across products and portfolios.

  • Test and evaluate new pricing and packaging model constructs, measuring impact on adoption, conversion, and margin.

  • Translate portfolio-level monetization direction into actionable GTM enablement and field guidance.

  • Drive structured feedback loops to inform monetization, packaging, and commercialization evolution.

Commercialization & Readiness

  • Ensure GTM and operational readiness for new pricing, packaging, and commercialization initiatives.

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to ensure pricing accuracy, quoting efficiency, and seamless launch execution.

  • Identify and resolve friction points impacting deal speed, sales execution, and customer experience.

Deal Structuring & Price Realization

  • Improve list-to-net price realization through disciplined pricing guardrails, discount governance, and approval workflows.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to strengthen deal structure quality and profitability.

  • Monitor discounting and deal trends; recommend adjustments to optimize price realization and margin.

Enablement & GTM Partnership

  • Serve as the primary GTM liaison for monetization and commercialization initiatives.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance ease of doing business, deal velocity, and pricing confidence.

  • Deliver tools, training, and playbooks to strengthen pricing execution and customer value articulation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Establish structured feedback loops between GTM, Product, and GM teams to refine monetization and packaging.

  • Measure monetization performance (price realization, deal quality, adoption) and apply insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead pilots and experiments for new monetization and commercialization models to inform future frameworks.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in go-to-market, pricing, or commercialization within B2B SaaS or Fintech.

  • Experience testing and implementing new pricing or packaging models with measurable business impact.

  • Proven ability to improve price realization, deal profitability, and commercialization readiness.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, billing, and pricing systems.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across GTM and Product teams.

  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving change through the GTM organization.

  • Knowledge of pricing analytics and elasticity modeling.

  • MBA or advanced quantitative degree.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $183,400 USD - $245,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
