Requirements

• Strong experience designing, building and operating production-grade software in a collaborative team environment
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices (automated testing, code review, CI/CD, secure coding, observability)
• Highly proficient working in cloud-based environments and modern DevOps practices
• Track record of leading technical delivery, making sound architectural decisions and owning services end-to-end
• Ability to mentor and support other engineers, and contribute positively to team culture
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing outcomes with data and clear reasoning
