Intake AssociatePRIMARY PURPOSE: To accurately set up claims into the claims management system and provide support to the claims staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.
- Enters claims data into claims management system upon requesting the appropriate information and analyzing the responses.
- Make outbound calls to claimant and/or client to obtain new claim details
- Find opportunities to refer claims within the organization
- Assign claims using the tools provided
- Support claims staff by providing accurate information during the claim set up process
- Sets up Quotashare claims
- Assist with creating documentation and processes to streamline workflow
- Reviews daily reports to ensure claims are processed
- Assist with file review to ensure accurate set ups
- Other activities/projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
