Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Claims Technician to join their team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. The role involves managing a caseload of motor and liability claims, assessing liability, reviewing evidence, and negotiating fair settlements. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and claims-handling protocols.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated end-to-end capability in managing intricate motor/liability/injury claims
  • Extensive comprehension related legislation, regulatory frameworks, and claims-handling protocols
  • Advanced communication and negotiation competence
  • Proven ability to analyse, quantify, and validate losses
  • Skilled application of the CRU process and associated pre-action protocols
  • High-level analytical acuity, including the capacity to detect fraudulent indicators
