Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Claims Technician to join their team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. The role involves managing a caseload of motor and liability claims, assessing liability, reviewing evidence, and negotiating fair settlements. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and claims-handling protocols.
Requirements
- Demonstrated end-to-end capability in managing intricate motor/liability/injury claims
- Extensive comprehension related legislation, regulatory frameworks, and claims-handling protocols
- Advanced communication and negotiation competence
- Proven ability to analyse, quantify, and validate losses
- Skilled application of the CRU process and associated pre-action protocols
- High-level analytical acuity, including the capacity to detect fraudulent indicators
