We are looking for a IT - Researcher who will take part in bringing the incredible talents to the SD Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Around 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred).
• Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search, and X-Ray through various channels.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, (of course:), job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.).
• Work closely with your Senior Recruiter, and use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database.
