Senior Graphic Designer

Our client, a well-established multinational D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA selling high-quality pet products, is looking for an experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for a Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time remote job.

You will work on a diverse range of projects, contributing to our ecommerce brand's success and visual identity through enticing brand marketing materials, including: product pages, social media assets, website imagery and static advertisements. You'll work across full project lifecycles, from collaborating on marketing concepts to executing concepts with cross-functional team and freelancers.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a studio setting, to create compelling and innovative visual designs.

• Showcase your extensive portfolio of projects that demonstrate a strong command of graphic design principles and a proven track record of successful projects.

• Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing your expertise and collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Apply your experience in UX design to create user-centered and intuitive interfaces that enhance the user experience across our digital platforms.

• Develop brand style guidelines that resonate with our target audience and maintain consistency across all visual elements.

• Lead the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring its scalability and adherence to design standards.

• Employ your ability to create detailed briefs for 3D specialists, enabling the creation of impactful visual assets.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and self-discipline to manage tasks and deadlines effectively, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.

• Collaborate with task managers to ensure seamless project management and delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a studio or agency setting, showcasing a breadth of project experience and teamwork.

• Proven experience in UX design, with the ability to create user-centered interfaces and improve overall user experiences preferably for ecommerce projects.

• Strong track record in developing brand styles that effectively communicate the essence of a brand and resonate with the target audience.

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across various projects.

• Proficiency in creating 3D mockups is desirable and the ability to provide comprehensive briefs for 3D specialists is a must.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that highlight your creative thinking, technical skills, and ability to work within a team.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and task managers.

• Self-organized and accustomed to working in a team environment, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.

• Note: We value individuals who have experience working within a company or team environment. Freelancers without experience in a collaborative team setting will not be considered for this role.
