Job Summary:

We are looking for an English speaking high-performing Sales Closer to join our team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Closer will be responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting sales calls, negotiating terms, and securing deals. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, results-driven, and has a proven track record in closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Prospect and engage with warm and qualified leads, guiding them through the sales process and securing commitments.
  • Sales Negotiation: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to finalize sales agreements.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to address concerns, provide additional information, and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update the status of sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Objection Handling: Address and overcome customer hesitations by demonstrating value and providing solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the lead generation team, account managers, and other sales professionals to optimize conversions.
  • Reporting: Provide sales reports, insights, and performance updates to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling sales challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in Call Center sales is a plus.
  • People with a book of business encouraged but not required.
