We are looking for a hands-on Lead Management Specialist who can take full ownership of generating, verifying, qualifying, and organizing leads. This is not a managerial or supervisory role—instead, you’ll be directly responsible for managing the lead pipeline, executing outreach, and keeping the CRM clean, accurate, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation, Verification & Qualification
- Proactively generate, verify, and qualify leads through calls, SMS, and CRM-driven processes.
- Engage potential sellers in value-driven conversations to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups, sharing relevant market insights to increase engagement and move leads further down the pipeline.
- Coordinate with the skip tracer when updated or missing contact information is needed.
- CRM Ownership (REI Sift & GoHighLevel)
- Maintain accurate, real-time lead records after every interaction.
- Tag, categorize, and update lead statuses to ensure an organized and reliable pipeline.
- Ensure CRM data is complete, clean, and ready for client review at any time.
- Use CRM tools to track lead activity, manage workflows, and support automation.
- Cold Calling & Outreach Execution
- Conduct outbound cold calls using provided scripts—while adapting your approach based on lead responses.
- Qualify leads effectively and hand off hot leads to the owners for next steps.
- Run SMS outreach campaigns and respond promptly to engaged contacts to boost conversion likelihood.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Produce daily and weekly reports on key metrics, including total dials, connections, lead rates, and new leads sent to Monday.com.

- Maintain transparency in lead pipeline status and CRM updates.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding lead progress, challenges, and campaign performance.
- Share recommendations for improving lead engagement and refining outreach strategies based on real-time insights.
Requirements
- Willingness to perform voice tasks, including outbound calls.
- Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in hands-on lead management, including generating, verifying, qualifying, and tracking leads.
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- CRM proficiency is required—experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, REI Sift, or GoHighLevel is a strong advantage.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends, identify patterns, and suggest process improvements.
- Experience collaborating on strategy refinements and implementing process optimizations related to lead workflows.
