We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator – Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) to support Thrive Capital LLC’s real estate transactions from contract to close while also providing executive-level administrative and operational support.
This role is transaction-first, with primary responsibility for coordinating sellers, attorneys, mortgage companies, notaries, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and smooth closings. In addition, this position functions as an Executive VA, supporting leadership with organization, communication, documentation, and cross-team accountability.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, empathetic in client communication, and adaptable in a fast-growing real estate environment. This individual must be comfortable handling phone-based coordination, managing sensitive information, and owning workflows end-to-end while escalating all decision-based changes to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of real estate transaction coordination experience [hard requirement]
- Excellent spoken and written English with minimal to no noticeable accent
- Background in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles [preferred]
- Strong phone-based customer service experience
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Empathetic, professional, and calm under pressure
